Ingredients
- Cinnamon sticks, medium size (8-10)
- Star anise (3)
- Green cardamom (2 tablespoons)
- Cloves (1 tablespoon)
- Whole black pepper/peppercorns (1 tablespoon)
- Bay leaves medium size (3-4)
- Whole cumin seeds (3 tablespoons)
- Whole coriander seeds (3 tablespoons)
- Whole fennel seeds (2 tablespoons)
- Nutmeg (1/2 small)
- Mace (3-4 strands)
Directions
- Clean the individual spices properly
- Roast them for approximately 3-5 minutes on low to medium flame
- Let them cool down to room temperature
- Grind all of the above spices to a fine powder
- Enjoy the wonderful aromatic spice blend which contains a ton of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
