Roughly chop fresh spinach, cilantro, green onions, chillies, garlic cloves and ginger.
Put the above ingredients in a blender, add some water and give it a nice blend.
Transfer the batter into a large bowl, add the flours, baking powder, salt, black pepper, few drops of olive oil to it,water to adjust the consistency and give it a nice whisk.
Cover the bowl and give the batter 15 minutes of sitting time.
Heat a pan for 5-7 minutes by adjusting the flame to medium high and brush the base of the pan with coconut oil lightly.
Now pour the batter into the pan with a measuring cup (1/4 of a cup)
Let the pancake cook for few minutes on both sides till a nice greenish brown colour appears.
Use the remaining batter to make other pancakes in the same way.
Finally slice some soaked walnuts for garnishing.
The healthy and delicious green savoury pancakes are ready to serve.
