Ingredients-
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 banana
- A handful of organic cashews
- 1/2 cup milk (oat milk/cashew milk/coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup kefir or yogurt (dairy based or plant based as per choice)
- 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Thinly sliced cashews and almonds
- A handful of raisins
Directions-
- Peel the mango, cut it into rough slices and put it in a blender.
- Peel the banana, cut it into half and put it in the blender.
- Soak the cashews in cashew milk for about half an hour and add them into the blender.
- Add all the other ingredients into the blender and blend them until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses.
- Add some sliced cashews, almonds, some raisins on the top and serve.
