Mango-Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients-

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of organic cashews
  • 1/2 cup milk (oat milk/cashew milk/coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup kefir or yogurt (dairy based or plant based as per choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Thinly sliced cashews and almonds
  • A handful of raisins

Directions-

  • Peel the mango, cut it into rough slices and put it in a blender.
  • Peel the banana, cut it into half and put it in the blender.
  • Soak the cashews in cashew milk for about half an hour and add them into the blender.
  • Add all the other ingredients into the blender and blend them until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses.
  • Add some sliced cashews, almonds, some raisins on the top and serve.
